Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for volunteering for the Music in
Motion 5K! Volunteers--YOU-- are the people who make the event a success!
There are a number of areas in which you can choose to volunteer.
Packet building and packet pick-up:
Volunteers get together the day before the event to build and distribute packets for the participants. Packet building will take place on Friday, August 7th, 2:00pm-4:00pm at Westwood on the indoor track. Packet pick-up will be from 4:00pm-6:00pm (same location). You can volunteer to work any shift. Any help is greatly appreciated!
All volunteers receive a Music in Motion
T-shirt and have their names entered to win door prizes.

27th, 2009.
Volunteer Meeting:
There is only one volunteer meeting for the event, and that is on race day. The volunteer meeting begins at 6:30am on the Westwood track. f you have not been assigned a duty, you will be given one at this time. It is important all volunteers are on time as participants begin to arrive at 7:00am.
